The Hermitage is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, including Headon Warren, The Needles and Alum Bay, Tennyson Down, and is close to the local towns of Totland, Freshwater and Yarmouth.

We are ideal for walking and cycling as we are situated on the main walking route from Totland to Headon Warren and Alum Bay. The bus route for connections all over the island is within 10 - 15 minutes walk.
